Artellewa Art space in cooperation with meditate to regenerate org.is welcome to set up the activities of Inner peace workshop at El-Khalat space at Artellewa Art space
This workshop will feature a range of activities focusing on stress management and anxiety relief, as well as personal development and quality of life improvement. The session includes interactive exercises, group activities, and simple techniques that you can easily practice at home and teach others. This workshop has been well received in the United States, United Kingdom, across Europe, Japan, Lebanon, and recently implemented in Jordan in collaboration with various organizations such as Save the Children, UNICEF, SOS Children, and the Jubilee Institute.

Meditate to regenerate also are offering a multicultural musical performance from around the world, as well as a simple meditation exercise for the audience to understand how all these different traditions can connect to each other.
The event will include jazz, Sufi qawwalis, Indian traditional folk songs, fusion, bhangra, and fusion dance. 

The workshop begins from 6:00 pm followed by a concert begins about 7: 30 pm
