The Housing & Building National Research Center invites all to participate in the international exhibition and conference titled: The Future of Gated Communities Towards Sustainable Urban Development to take place in the Housing and Building National Research Centre HBRC from 11-14 June 2013.


The exhibition focuses on sustainable construction industry, sustainable design and environment, innovative designs and planning of gated and private communities. It will be a good opportunity to being together developers and suppliers, real estate investors, contractors and business leaders from building and construction industry. The exhibition aiming to support the development of green construction movement and highlighting the growing opportunities for sustainable urban development. For four days this event will be a significant marketing platform for all leading exhibitors and construction experts, as well as an ideal platform for establishing good relationships between all partners .


The main objective of the exhibition aims to create opportunities for financing sustainable urban
