Taiji Quan is the most efficient practice for health improvement.
It is founded on the theory of the Yi Jing (Book of Change) defining the laws of transformation of Yin and Yang - considered the key to the understanding of the Dao (the natural way) and the secret to longevity.
Practicing Taiji Quan boosts the circulation of Qi in the body. The more focused the mind, the more freely the Qi flows in the body. When a practitioner knows exactly the meaning of each move, the benefits of the arts begin to appear.

Taha Hassouna

Taha has been practicing Martial Arts since the age of 6, and has studied various techniques in Egypt, Guinea, China, France, USA, Thailand and the Philippines.
He had studied Chinese language and civilization in Aix-Marseille University (France), then found out about a Traditional Chinese Energetics school, and decided to study in it for 4 more years. Through traditional Chinese energetics, he developed an interest in, and eventually studied Hypnotherapy for 2 years. In 2012 he returned to Egypt and has founded his own school, while continuing to update his knowledge and skills from his masters
