In this crash course participants learn the foundations of Studio Photography. The course looks at and discusses light settings for various studio applications, including portrait work. Participants will experiment with various studio equipment including the use of a light meter and studio strobes to achieve well exposed and composed images.

About the instructor:
Remon El Markiz is an Egyptian photographer who lives and works in Cairo since 2010. Following his passion for photography he became a professional wedding photographer. Developing his skills through direct interaction and collaboration with other photographers and continuous practice he has become one of the well-known photographers in this field. El Markiz also dedicates part of his time to teaching photography.
