Solar Thermal Collector System" – Installation Course
Part 1: Online course e-learning
The purpose of this course is to provide insight into the basics of installing solar thermal collector systems. Course-completion is a prerequisite for applying to take part in the face-to-face training session taking place February 2014 in Cairo.
Date: 30th of January - 6th of February 2014
Part 2: Practical course
This course covers introduction of solar thermal technologies and related topics and the solar thermal collector systems. Students will be introduced to the elements of the thermal collectors and the types of it. In addition, students will calculate the economic efficiency of the thermal solar collector, and learn safety maintenance and do some practical exercise.
