Where does your food come from? عيش & ملح Eish & Malh, in collaboration with Slow Food Cairo and Nawaya bring you "Slow Downtown: Farm to Fork Menu & Market." We will be hosting SLOW DOWNTOWN the first Friday of every month to bring you good, clean, and fair food in Downtown Cairo.

The talented chefs at Eish & Malh will prepare special dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that will feature local and seasonal foods. Using carefully sourced ingredients, we will craft delicious items that offers guests the freshest possible experience and support local farmers.

Eish & Malh will also house a market of local producers including: Minnie's Dried Fruits & Vegetables, Ma7ali, BLACK LOTUS, Fayoum Producers, Nawaya Farmers, Reefy Honey, and more.
