Join us for the screening of our second film, THE PAST which will be followed by a talk about the strategies of promoting European Films in Egypt with our guests from France and Belgium.

The talk will be given by Jean Christophe Baubiat from Unifrance and Eric Franssen from Wallonie Bruxelles Images.

Unifrance and WBImages are two European institutions that play a key role in supporting and opening new markets for European Films abroad.

The session will be moderated by Ahmed Maher, an acclaimed Egyptian filmmaker and Professor at the High Institute of Cinema.

The film will start at 6:50 and will be followed by the discussion.

Subtitles available: Arabic and English

Discussion will be held in English and will be translated to Arabic.
