Osama El Hady
Singer, songwriter and composer Osama El Hady, together with his band, has collaborated with a number of Egyptian independant musicians. In 2012, he participated with other singers to perform the hit song “Dayman Maa Baad” which received a Mema Award. He also played at the opening of Cairo Film Festival 2013 and represented Egypt the Moroccan Sun Festival in 2014.
El Nafikha
The band members are Mohamed Sawwah, Amir Ibrahim, Waleed Gabr, Ahmed Ismail, Masky, Khaled ElSayes and Sameh Shaaban. The band presents different music genres in a theatrical form using instrument playing, body language, costumes, sound and light effects, and singing. El Nafikha aims at developing music composition using brass instruments and also rearranging heritage music and old songs using those instruments.
