Course participants learn why Photoshop is still the key software that professional photographers use for commercial and artistic image production, and gain the skills needed for them to confidently use the main areas of this complex piece of software on their own photos. From importing, image adjustment and preparation for printing, through to retouching and compositing images, participants learn through guided hands on teaching how to work smoothly and efficiently with complex tools and procedures. By the end of the course they can work to a good standard in the major components of Photoshop. A good working knowledge of Windows or Mac OS plus a basic familiarity with Photoshop itself and a selection of sled originated images.

about instructor:

Hassan Ahmed has been living in Egypt since 2006. An IT manager working in a TV. Transmission station in Italy as a software developer and Oracle database administrator for more than 12 years. Visual arts in general were amongst his hobbies until he developed a particular interest in digital photography in 2003. Macro, landscape, cityscape and night photography are the main categories that he studied in Italy for more than 10 years, exploring and experimenting. His work has been exhibited at numerous private and group exhibitions in Roma and Cairo.

Payment policy:
Course fees will be divided into 2 installments, 50 % to be paid upon filling in the application form (at CIC), and the remaining installment could be placed any time before the end of the course. 

Note: the minimum number of participants to start any course is 12 students.
